Frequently asked questions
- 01
Every child ultimately grows into one of two paths: ➡️ a job seeker, or ➡️ a problem solver.
The Grounded & Fruitful Program is designed to intentionally raise problem solvers, innovators, and future community leaders—starting now, not later.
We help children develop confidence, leadership skills, responsibility, and purpose early, so they grow into employers, creators, and solution-driven adults.
- 02
Yes—many programs exist. However, most focus on supervision or entertainment.
Grounded & Fruitful is a long-term leadership journey, not an after-school activity.
From the second quarter of participation, your child begins receiving:
✨ Quarterly Certificates of Achievement from the Mayor’s Office
✨ $50 Quarterly Awards (every quarter until high-school graduation)
✨ Christ-led mentorship and leadership development
✨ Hands-on problem-solving projects that impact real communities
This program produces confident, disciplined, and community-impacting youth.
- 03
We are deeply committed to equity and inclusion, but we also prioritise commitment and motivation.
To ensure the program’s effectiveness, participation is determined through an Invitation-Only Grand Audition process. This helps us:
Identify highly motivated children and families
Anticipate the level of support each child needs
Prevent wasted opportunities due to lack of engagement
📍 2026 Cohort Auditions will be hosted in:
Lake County
Cook County
Vermilion County
McHenry County
Champaign County
Knox County
- 04
To receive an audition invitation, each family must submit:
